Who is Required to Report Title IX Disclosures?

Under the authority of University Administrative Policy 2740, all UNM employees are considered Responsible Employees and are required to report Title IX disclosures to CEEO.

For the University to respond effectively to individuals who have experienced sexual misconduct, all UNM staff and faculty, except for UNM appointed confidential advocates/resources, who receive information about a person who has experienced sexual misconduct involving a member of the UNM community must report the information to CEEO within 24 hours, or as soon as reasonably practicable, by calling CEEO at (505) 277-5251, by completing the online reporting form, by calling CEEO at (505) 277-5251, or by email at ceeo@unm.edu.
